Accessing the Projects Page

  • Navigate to the left-hand menu
  • Click on Projects to open the project list view
Here, you’ll find:
  • 1. Show the name of each project
  • 2. Indicators for automation usage
  • 3. Number of modules used
  • 4. Number of data sources imported
  • Mouse over to see total records imported
  • 5. Created and last modified dates
  • 6. Status and Progres if using automation
  • 7. Shows if a project is shared
Note: Projects are automatically sorted so that the most recently edited ones appear at the top.

Project Row Options

  • Each project row has three buttons:
  • Edit: Opens project for editing (not required to click – you can click anywhere on the row)
  • Run: Available only for subscriptions with automation
  • Delete: Permanently removes the project and all its data
  • ProTip: Click anywhere in the row to edit/open a project.
  • Warning: Delete is irreversible. Use with caution.

Creating a New Project

  • Click on 'New Project' on the project list page
  • Enter a meaningful project name – something easy to find later
  • Add modules:
  • Use tooltips next to each module name to understand its function
  • You can add, remove, and reorder modules
  • Reordering modules is only available with automation enabled
  • Tip: Only the Import module is initially configurable. You must import data before accessing other modules.

Advanced Options
(Automation Subscription)

If your subscription includes automation, you can configure advanced settings:
  • 1. Recurring Schedules
  • Set the project to run daily, weekly, or monthly
  • 2. API Trigger
  • Start by clicking the Reset Button
  • Add the IP address of the server that will call the API
  • 3. Webhook Callback
  • Enter a Webhook URL to receive a notification once the job completes
  • Includes success or failure status
  • 4. Email Confirmations
  • Enable this to receive an email log when the job is complete
  • Works with Run button, API call, and scheduled jobs
  • 5. Data Lifecycle Settings
  • By default, unaccessed data is auto-deleted after a set period
  • Option to define a custom database to store data indefinitely

FAQs

Yes. Just Open/Edit a project and define a new name and click the update button.

Currently, projects are deleted one at a time using the menu on each project tile. Bulk deletion is not available to prevent accidental loss of critical configurations.

Yes. Deleting a project permanently removes its configuration, profiles, and references to uploaded data. This action is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

Yes. From the dashboard, you can click any of the rows in  a widget (e.g., Cleansing, Matching) to launch that process directly, skipping the step of opening the full project. It’s a fast way to continue work on active tasks.

The “Last Modifed” timestamp updates whenever you access a project by clicking on it, including through dashboard widgets or process-specific links.

Start Your First Project

To begin, click the New Project button from the dashboard.
